Still pondering about your "...little public awareness. Who wants to help me fix that?" comment. I'd love to figure out how we at the Urban League can "help fix" that! Great notes as usual.

Thank you! Yeah, let’s chat. It’s been a while but I’m interested in what the Urban League might be able to offer in this. It comes down to public interest journalism intersecting with the right comms.

At the very least, I think we could try to figure out how to help "spreading the word". Not everybody can spend hours watching City meetings and events (God bless you for that!) but reading the notes is a much smaller ask. We have our ULL regular meeting tomorrow night. Free and open to all. We will talk about development charges. Something that definitely fits into the super-important-but-too-little-public-awareness box.

Let’s chat. I have thoughts about A.I.-supported citizen journalists and may already have developed a bot to do it. I think this is about social need and people stepping up - and paid for their time - to meet it. It’s just no longer about newsrooms populated by full-time staff.

Your roundup is brilliantly insightfull; one almost wishes city council would *catch 'em all* and actually solve homelessness with such dedication.
